He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Cuozzo; his parents, Frank Cuozzo and Carmela M. Cuozzo; and his siblings, Marie Epps and Dominick Cuozzo.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Fortunato, Melissa, Michal Skarzynski, Michael, Linda Rosas, Matthew, Susan Rosas, Mark and Kim Rosas; his grandchildren, Franki, Ania, Erica, Marissa, Benjamin, Vincent, Matthew Sr., Janell and Melissa; and his great grandchildren, Jaxon, Stella, Matthew Jr., Enzo and Everett Frank.
