She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow McCoy and Kathryn Louise McCoy; and her sisters, Merrilee Kruck, Faith VanDyke and Hope Dean.
She is survived by: her husband Jack; her children, Kristen Martin (Derek), Chad Elferink (Shannon), Rafael VandeStreek and Rashawn VandeStreek; her grandchildren, William Martin (Cory), Kathryn Bascue (Barrett), Caleb Elferink, Emily Martin, Natalie Martin, Tess Martin, Abby Elferink and Shelby Martin; her great grandchild Teddy Martin; and her siblings, Stan McCoy (Kathy), Wanda Nemeth and Waneeta Ott.
