She is survived by: her husband Dennis Sullivan; her daughter Tiffany Velez; her son-in-law Juan Velez; her grandchildren, Xavier Cortes, Jacob Velez, Brenden Velez and Davian Velez; her sister Lanete Schoff; her brother-in-law Brian Schoff; her goddaughter Brianna Schoff; and her father Ralph Duarte. She is also survived by met the love of her life and her lifelong partner.
