She is survived by: her children, Brian Hay (Lynn) of Southlake, TX and Deborah Jeffrey (Steve) of Lititz, PA; her grandchildren, Drew Jeffrey (Danae) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Austin Jeffrey of Chicago, IL, Brandon and Christopher Hay of Southlake, TX; her sister-in-law Joan Salvatore (Nicholas); her stepson Eric Bell (Sheli); her granddaughters, Abigail and Katelyn; her stepson Scott Bell; and her brother-in-law Dan Bell (Trish).
