With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roger Vaughn Markland of Longwood, Florida, who passed away on September 14, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Markland and Leola Markland. He is survived by: his wife Virginia; his daughter Barbara; his son-in-law David Didas of Longwood; his brother Randy; and his siblings-in-law, Sandra Markland of Fort Worth, John and Ann Hudson of Gainesville.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Canine Companions for Independence, the Southeast Region at 8150 Clarcona Ocoee Road.
