He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Mark R. Ahrens (Lacey), Paul R. Ahrens (Trish) and Linda B. Craft (Adam); his sister Vivian Auerbach; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Kevin, Steven, Rebecca, Katie, Christine and Meghan.
