He was predeceased by: his father Alvin Lewis Wells, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Norma (Michele); his children, Shaun, Rolly, Taylor and Amanda; his daughter-in-law Kristine; and his siblings, David, Virginia, Cathy and Mary.
