He was predeceased by: his father Willie; and his son Jason. He is survived by: his wife Kelly; his mother Joanne; his siblings, Wayne and Diane; his son Jamie Outen; his stepdaughter Emily Calderone (Stephen); and his grandchildren, Joshua, Joesph, Jason Jr., Samantha, Addison and Anna Calderone.
