Phillips of Longwood, Florida, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on June 19, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Phillips and Margaret Phillips; and his brother Raymond Phillips (Boy Scouts). He is survived by: his wife Wanda Phillips; his children, Joshua Phillips, Jacquelyn Polk (Kenny), Elizabeth Phillips and Mimi Phillips; his grandchildren, Alexis Polk, Andrea Polk, Peyton Polk and Levi Polk; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Spencer and Byron Peavy (Catherine). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
