He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Shadwell Montgomery and Ben James Montgomery Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Jan Nuckols Montgomery; his sisters, Linda Ray Montgomery of South Hill, Virginia and Shadwell; his sister-in-law Dr. Cardwell C. Nuckols Jr. (Susan Clay Nuckols); his pets, Emma, Bella and Leon; his nephew Camden Meredith Nuckols; and his pet Minnie. He is also survived by cousins; brother.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to Lake Country SPCA would make Ben smile.
