He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Peter Lupica and Rose Marie Voce. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Lupica; his daughter KJ Weinstock (Stephen); and his grandchildren, Carter and Ashley Weinstock.

In lieu of flowers donations can be sent to St. Jude Research Hospital.
