He was predeceased by: his parents, Hersel Smith and Lois Smith; his former wife Norma Smith; and his sister Jane Lewis (Earl). He is survived by: his wife Trudé Smith; his children, Lora Lynne, Jeffrey Smith (Shirley), Leslie Panzarella (Joseph) and Lisa Marie Ream (Dale); and his stepdaughters, Deborah George and Aimee Alexander Klun (James). He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, take a boat ride and watch a Michigan football game – Phil would have liked that.
