With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Esther Cook of Longboat Key, Florida, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on October 18, 2021 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Esther Cook to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Scicluna and Isabel Scicluna (Harrison); her husband Fred Cook; and her siblings, Joseph, Robert, John and Emily Volino.
She is survived by: her son Fred; her daughter-in-law Martha Cook; her grandchildren, Georgette and Freddie Cook; her sister Isabel Johnson; and her siblings-in-law, Theresa Scicluna and Nicholas Volino. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Esther's name to St. Mary, Star of the Sea.
