Riggs; his children, Shirley Hemphill (Mike) of Live, Daytona of Live, Carla Downing (Charles) of Live, Rene Borrell (Jerry) of Live, Lyle Riggs (Megan) of Jackson, MO, Paul Riggs (Brittney) of Jackson, MO and James Brakfield (Mell); and his siblings, Mareia Corbin (Jack) and Eugene Riggs (Sissie). He is also survived by Fifteen grandchildren and Five great-grandchildren.
