He is survived by: his wife Evon Owen of Live Oak, FL; his children, Dianne Allen (Sid) of Live Oak, FL, Debbie Harris (Chip) of Live Oak, FL and Bill Owen, Jr. (Kathryn) of Jasper, FL; his sister Bettie Frances McCall Morell (Bill); his grandchildren, Leslie Allen (Scott), Natalie Brown (Bryan), Tyler Harris, Anna Owen and Trey Owen; and his great grandchildren, Brody Brown and Raelynn Brown.
