He is survived by: his wife Patsy Van Hoeven of Live Oak, FL.; his mother-in-law Lois Murray of Live Oak, FL.; his children, David Van Hoeven (Pia) of Davey, FL, Bryan Van Hoeven of Jacksonville, FL, John Van Hoeven (Moriah) of Houma, LA., Ashley Shirey (Ben Jones) and Amber Wilhiot (Richie) of Gainesville, FL.; and his siblings, Jerry Van Hoeven of Melbourne, FL. and Anne Berg. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
