He was predeceased by: his son Ricky Lambert; and his brothers, James Ernest Lambert and Charles Lee Lambert. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Lambert (Michele) of Hatchbend, FL, Robert Lambert (Connie) and Joel Lambert (Micky); and his brothers, Donald Lambert (Barbara) of Cherokee, NC and Dean Lambert (Christi). He is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
