In the vast expanse of eternity, Victoria shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Victoria farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She is survived by: her husband Richard E. Buffington; her daughters, Cynthia Zuczuski (Stephen) and Kimberly Buffington; her sister Gloria Morgan; her niece Jessica Morgan; and her extended family, Maureen Ryan, Donna Cross and Barbara Mahoney.
