She was predeceased by: her parents, Gay Story and Vera Story; her brothers, Sonny Story, Early Story and Ernest Story; and her daughter Brenda G. Atkins (Kevin).
She is survived by: her children, John Paul Atkins, Jr., Michael Douglas Atkins (Melissa) and Cinda South of Live Oak, FL; and her sisters, Elaine Hahn of Polk City, FL and Gayle Story (Ary). She is also survived by four grandchildren, four great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
