He is survived by: his wife Janice Maestri of Live Oak, FL; his children, Timothy Maestri (Erin), Johnny Maestri (Barbara) and Christina Rosenthal (Devon); and his siblings, Eugene Maestri, Alicia Maestri and Theresa Maestri. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
