He was predeceased by: his parent Sherriff of Columbia County; his wife Lorraine Capps Spradley; his daughter Deidra Spradley; his sister Harriett Hasbani; and his siblings-in-law, Dr. Joseph Hasbani and Bari Hartzell.
He is survived by: his children, Shannon Spradley Brady (Shanna) and Wesley Spradley (Adriane); his siblings, Don Spradley (Dorothy) and Linda K. Culbreth (Gerald); his mother-in-law Dorothy L. Dobbs; his siblings-in-law, Kim Wilson (David) and Brett Markham (Candy); and his grandchildren, Aidan, Brennan, Kaly, Brody, Everleigh, Jase and Westyn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
