He was predeceased by: his parents, Rolfe Mapp and Vera Mapp; and his wife Anita Mapp. He is survived by: his children, Austin Mapp of Tallahassee, FL, Melissa Mapp-Francisco (Kevin) of Lake City, FL and Dr. Stephanie Mapp. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
