He was predeceased by: his parents, Ashley Johnson and Lota Johnson; his wife Imogene Johnson; his son Timmy Johnson; and his granddaughters, Leah and Christy Johnson.
He is survived by: his sons, R. L. Johnson (Deborah) of Live Oak, David Johnson of Live Oak, Wayne Johnson of Live Oak and Troy Johnson (Terri) of Live Oak. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
