He was predeceased by: his parents, Wynelle of Live Oak and Walter of Live Oak; and his brothers, Jimmy Boyd, Sr. and Walt Boyd of Live Oak. He is survived by: his wife Sara Bridges; his brothers, Martin (Sarah Boyd), Billy (Michelle Boyd), Tracey (Jean Boyd) and Stacey (Duchess Boyd); and his sons, Ronnie Bridges, Jr. and Roger (Tracy Bridges). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
