He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bland and Irene Bland; and his brother Dallas Bland. He is survived by: his daughter DeAnna Fillyaw (Steve) of Live Oak, FL; and his brother Paul Bland of Raleigh, NC. He is also survived by three grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Mt. Olive Baptist Church Cemetery (5314 Mt Olive Rd, Live Oak, FL 32060).
