He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Carl Moore, Sr. and Doris G. Moore; and his brother Julian Carl Moore, Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert E. Moore of Live Oak, FL and Sherri Foreman (Don) of Lake City, FL; his sister-in-law Anne Moore; and his pet Coco. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
