We are sad to announce that on June 5, 2019, Patricia Lyons (Live Oak, Florida), born in Jacksonville, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Leighton Readdick and Etta MacDonald Readdick; and her brother Harry Donald Readdick. She is survived by: her husband Leonard Lyons of Live Oak; her children, Leonard "Yogi" Lyons (Debbie) of Yulee, Debra Ross (Clay) of Live Oak and Phillip Lyons (Teresa) of Talbott, TN; her sister Betty Lenora Readdick of Macclenny; and her sister-in-law Martha Readdick of Jacksonville. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
