He was predeceased by: his siblings, Lillian Howell Burnham, Minnie Lee Oxindine, Joseph Albert Howell and James Edward Howell. He is survived by: his wife Bivian Grady Howell; his daughter Lollie Ann Howell Olive (Gary); and his granddaughter Jessica Nicole Olive Robles (Rudy) of Live Oak, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
