She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Franklin and Sarah Touchton Fouraker; and her siblings, Pearsall, Franklin, Mary Fouraker Harris and Amy Fouraker Claxton.
She is survived by: her husband Gerald Edward Herring; her children, Glenda Box Musgrove (Jamie), Lisa Rene'Valentine (Paul), Becky Herring Long (Jason) and David Herring; her grandchildren, Jared Musgrove (Jennifer), Mandy Musgrove, Nicholas Valentine (Chrissy), Mathew Valentine, Shawn Valentine (Michelle), Mackenzie Long, Bryant Long and Bryson Long; her great grandchildren, Tyler Valentine, Landen Nielsen and Andrew Musgrove; her sister Avis Fouraker Cason; and her sister-in-law Martha Helen Fouraker.
