He is survived by: his wife Joan "Joannie" Sapp of Live Oak, FL; his children, Tonya Bennett (Dave), Tawanna Atwood (Scott) and Troy Sapp (Amanda); and his siblings, Rose Jerkins (Billy) and Leon Sapp of Live Oak, FL. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
