He is survived by: his wife Pat Henderson; his children, Ashlee Brown (Jason) and Kevin Sheffield (Heidi); his siblings, Janet Putnal (Billy), Jeff Mullins, Jim Henderson and Darrin Mullins; his grandchildren, David, Bella, Kayleb, Kaylee and Ridley; and his great grandchildren, Katerina and David.
