She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond McCall; her parent Gunning Payne (Lois); her brothers, Leroy Cash and Ashton Payne; and her sister-in-law Betty Payne.
She is survived by: her son Mitchell Watson (Catherine); her brother Teddy F. Payne (Susan); her grandchildren, Caleb (Kristen), Tannor and Keely; and her great grandchild Caiden. She is also survived by Numerous nieces and nephews.
Ms. Kathy loved animals so in lieu of flowers family asks that donations be made to Live Oak Animal Control at 701 Lime Avenue, Live Oak, FL 32064.
