He is survived by: his wife Kathy Bass Panaway of Live Oak; his children, Charlie Crews of Williston, FL, Lee Connors (Danielle), Chaise Connors, Joy Thomas of Lake City, FL and Elizabeth Crews; and his siblings, Terry Williams of Tallahassee, FL, Martha Smith (Bradley) of Starke, FL, Patricia Whitehead (Jim) and Dama Murphy (Jeff).
