It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Elizabeth Williams of Live Oak, Florida, born in Fort Pierce, Florida, who passed away on June 28, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband James D. Williams, Jr.; her children, James David "J. D." Williams, III of Live Oak, FL, Eric Williams of Live Oak, FL and Elizabeth Strickland (Jud); and her siblings, William "Bill" Tuten of Inverness, FL and Phyllis Vitt of Inverness, FL. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.
