She was predeceased by: her brothers, Jack Spivey and Charles "Doc" Spivey. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Smith of Live Oak, FL and Charles Smith (Cathy). She is also survived by three grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and nine great- great grandchildren.
