He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Amy Johnson; his parents, Jimmy Johnson and Gloria Johnson; his son Evan Johnson; and his siblings, Cindy Wiggins (Vernon), Jennifer Curls (J. D.) and James Johnson (Cindy). He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the Jeffrey Johnson Memorial Fund at First Federal Bank.
