He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Perkins (Howard); his daughter Sherry Crichlow (Kenneth); his grandchildren, Tamara Crooks and Cameron Crichlow (Kateria); his great grandchild Averi Crooks; and his siblings, Elijah Perkins (Tim), Elizabeth Perkins, Curtis Perkins (Lucy), Edith White (Roland) and Charmayne Austin (William).
