He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack C. Pfaller and Helen Rita Boehnien Pfaller; and his siblings, Rita Mae Johnson and Jack C. Pfaller, II. He is survived by: his sister Susan O'Hara (John); his nieces and nephews, Ruby Butler of Jasper, FL, Kelsey Pfaller of Tampa, FL, John Smith (Angela) of Lawrenceville, GA, Robert Smith (Catherine) and Leon Johnson of Jasper, FL; and his extended family Kelly Caudill.
