He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James McCall and Lafayette McCall; his wife Wanda McCall; his children, Greg McCall of North Dakota, Mitzee McCall of Jasper, Melissa Freeman (Anthony) of Atlanta, GA, Cindy Santerfeit (Tommy) of Live Oak, FL and Mary Franklin of Live Oak; his siblings, Mike McCall (Sandy) of Jasper and Julia Cooper (Andy) of Jasper; and his grandchildren, Kaitlin Register, Nicholas Johns, Samantha McDonald, Kandace Franklin, Brianna Santerfeit, Lindsay Self, London Nickerson, Gage Browning, Addison Santerfeit, Braylin Santerfeit, Maddie Santerfeit and Payton Santerfeit. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Divonia Baptist Church (7563 129 Hwy S, Jasper, FL 32052). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Evergreen Cemetery (4353 SW 107th Ave, Jasper, FL 32052).
As a self-employed brick mason, James was a skilled craftsman who made significant contributions to the construction industry.
