He is survived by: his spouse LaWanna Christie of Live Oak, FL; his children, Lorna Williams of Branford, FL, Howard Christie, Dewey Christie and Alton Christie; and his siblings, Shirley Lindsey of Jasper, FL and Claude Christie of Pensacola, FL. He is also survived by grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
