He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Smith; his son Adam Sikes (Lindy); his siblings, James "Gus" Smith, Jerry "Jabbo" Smith, Ike Stanley (Shelley), Wanda Smith and Martha Smith; and his grandchildren, Indie Entrekin and Everett Sikes.
