With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Henry E. Carter of Live Oak, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 16, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Alice Carter; and his brothers, Ernest Carter and Glen Carter. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Murray (Greg) and Jody Carter; his siblings, Linda Taylor, Sheila Garrison of Blairsville, GA, Virgil Carter (Jeanette) and Gene Carter; and his grandchildren, Lacey Sullivan (Chad), Chelsea Flowers (Chad), Dylan Carter and Cade Carter (Michelle). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
