He was predeceased by: his son Michael Foster. He is survived by: his wife Mary Wheeler; his children, Tony Foster (Treea) of McAlpin, FL, Chuck Wheeler of Indianapolis, IN and Tanya Wheeler of Shelbyville, IN; his daughter-in-law Cinda Foster of Dowling Park, FL; and his sisters, Audrey Logue of Greenwood, IN, Emma Phillips of Live Oak and Virginia Kline (Ron) of Live Oak. He is also survived by six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
