He was predeceased by: his former wife Nancy Birmingham-Hague; and his granddaughter Everlee Grace. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Hague; his children, Rachel Birmingham-Hoel (Nikolas), Shiloh Birmingham-Carte (Bryon), Jennifer Bridges (Chad), Sabrina Race, Aaron Birmingham and Joshua Birmingham; his grandchildren, Ellie, Nora, Aidan, Lily, Elijah, Isaac, Austin, Kyle, Justine, Trenton, Tacie, Amber, Benjamin, Aedeyn, Aaryan and Aaron; and his brothers, Jerry Hague (Sara) and Wendell Hague (Joy). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
