He is survived by: his wife Corrine Hillier of Live Oak, FL; his children, Jaimie Hillier Jones of Arnold, MD, Crystal Martin (James) of Olyphant, PA, Mara Pugh of Scott Township, PA, Merissa Baker (Lucas) of Springville, PA, Ariel Connis (Christopher) of Springville, PA and Phillip Pugh of Scott Township, PA; and his siblings, Lillian Hillier Wilson of Sarasota, FL, Dede Hillier Connelly of Edgewater, MD, Walter Hillier of Lake City, FL and Edward Hillier of Canada. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren.
