We are sad to announce that on November 9, 2021, Gary Carter of Live Oak, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sister Joy Marie Carter Kastor. He is survived by: his parents, Virgil Carter and Janette Carter; and his brothers, Allen Carter, Green and David Carter (Tabitha). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, uncles, and aunts.

In lieu of flowers families, wishes for donations can be made to St Jude's Children Hospital, 1325 G Street NW, Suite 540 Washington, DC 20005.
