He is survived by: his wife Betty Criss; his children, Thomas Criss of Tampa, FL, Ted Criss of Tampa, FL, John David Cope of Porter, TX, Thomas Dale Cope, Janice Maestri of Live Oak and Judith Squires of Live Oak; and his sister Peggy Kurtz (Frank). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
