He was predeceased by: his wife Flora (Warner); and his siblings, Marvin Andrews, Ethelle Andrews, Develle Cordray, Irving Andrews and Julian Andrews.
He is survived by: his daughter Tracy Forest; his son-in-law Ed Forest; his granddaughters, Callie and Sarah Forest; and his sister Deloris Watson.
