She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thomas Phillip Delegal and Jenny June Clayton; her husband Widma "Wid" Carter; her children, Michael Carter (Debbi) and Stacy; and her grandchildren, Taylor Hirsch, Clayton Carter and Jennifer Carter.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to First Baptist Church Live Oak, 401 W Howard Street, Live Oak, FL 32064.
