He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Allen and Gearldine Bonner Bell, Sr.; his brother Frank A. Bell; his brother-in-law Greg McDonald; and his stepson Henry Conva.
He is survived by: his wife Lucille Bell; and his siblings, Deborah B. McDonald, James Bell (Margaret), Clifford Bell (Erica) and Wesley Bell (Tracy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
